I reply within one working day with the right service, a fixed fee and a slot. Pay by card link to confirm, then send drawings or quotes if you have them.
Get your answer in writing
Plain English, within the turnaround stated for your service. You will always know the next step, who to appoint and roughly what it should cost.
A straight answer on independence
You pay me for the advice, not for a referral. When a build is your next step, you get three contractors to approach, and if I have a commercial interest in any of them I will tell you before you speak to them. I will never review a quote from a firm I have an interest in.

I am a quantity surveyor and project manager with a breadth of knowledge across every part of construction. My experience runs from design, planning and feasibility through to the finished build, on family homes and on development schemes, including finding and completing development opportunities of my own. I have priced the jobs, run the jobs and settled the accounts. That is the experience you are hiring, at a fee that makes sense for a family home.

Site visits and viewings across London and Surrey. Quote checks, appraisals and cost plans can be done remotely, wherever the drawings are.
